The BrokenLogix PN40 Industrial Gate Valve is designed for full-bore isolation service in demanding oil and gas applications. The wedge gate design provides metal-to-metal seating for reliable shut-off across a wide range of process conditions.
The valve body is manufactured from ASTM A216 Grade WCB carbon steel casting, with internal trim options including 13% Cr stainless steel and Inconel for aggressive service environments.
The outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design provides a visual indication of valve position and allows the stem to be maintained without affecting the process side. The bolted bonnet design allows inspection and maintenance in-line.
